**Job Posting: Director of Human Resources**

**Location:** San Juan, Puerto Rico

We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to join our organization, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This leadership role is vital to our mission, and we are looking for a candidate with a strong HR background, proven leadership experience, and a passion for education.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute human capital strategies that support our organizational goals.

- Oversee talent acquisition, professional development, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.

**Qualifications:**

- 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Payroll, hiring, Benefits administration, compliance.

- Experience in the education sector, particularly with charter schools, is highly preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
